Refund policy

Returns

-We have a 5 day return policy for all orders, which means you have 5 days from delivery of your item to request a return. 

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.  If the yarn has been caked or unwound, or missing a skein label, a refund will not be given.

-Subscriptions, Preorders, Kits/Collabs, Custom Orders, OOAK items are non returnable/non refundable.

-Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

-The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, as shipping charges are non-refundable.
